Toronto DAO-Social Media Producer

As a volunteer Social Media Producer for Toronto DAO, I contributed to both the organization’s digital presence and its in-person community engagement efforts within the tech ecosystem.
My role involved creating and managing content for the organization’s social media platforms, primarily Twitter and LinkedIn, where I helped communicate Toronto DAO’s mission, values, and ongoing initiatives to a broader audience. I also produced short-form videos and visual content to support campaigns, event promotion, and community storytelling.
In addition to content creation, I actively participated in organizing and supporting events. I represented Toronto DAO at tech gatherings, where I introduced the project to audiences and helped facilitate engagement with the community. I also played a key role in inviting and connecting prominent figures in the tech industry to participate in Twitter Spaces, helping expand the organization’s reach and credibility within the Web3 and tech space.
Overall, this experience combined content strategy, event participation, and community building, allowing me to contribute to both the online voice and real-world presence of Toronto DAO.
